Dare Be is led by Barbara Dewast and Grégoire Lemaitre, two highly experienced leadership coaches and facilitators who bring a wealth of expertise.
Barbara Dewast
Barbara Dewast is an ICF Master Certified Coach with deep experience in leadership development. A former headhunter for McKinsey & Bain, Barbara has coached executives and senior leaders across industries, helping them step into their full potential with confidence and clarity. She has designed and led transformational leadership programs and is known for creating high-trust environments that foster deep personal and professional growth.
Grégoire Lemaitre
Grégoire Lemaitre has a background in corporate leadership and team facilitation, having worked as a CEO and VP in multinational organisations before dedicating his career to coaching. He specializes in team effectiveness, cultural transformation, and leadership coaching, equipping leaders with the tools they need to navigate complexity and drive meaningful impact. Grégoire is passionate about helping leaders find balance between high performance and personal fulfilment
