Training Format & Flexibility

Our programs are designed to fit the unique needs of organisations, offering flexibility in format and delivery:

  • Can be delivered as 1.5-day intensives or in 4 modular sessions of 2.5 hours each.

  • Available in-person or virtually to suit your team’s preferences.

  • Unlimited participants, with an optimal size of up to 12 to foster deeper connections and engagement.

  • Pre- & post-assessments to measure impact and track development.

  • Grow further with 2-month access to an AI-powered coach, ensuring continuous leadership growth beyond the training sessions.
