My Strengths
When we receive feedback, we are more than twice as likely to remember the negatives than the positives. The same goes with our strengths - we tend to focus on our weaknesses and forget our strengths!
Our strengths are our natural talents. We are naturally good at them. When we practise them, they give us joy and energy! They are different from our skills which we acquire over time.
Studies have shown that knowing our strengths and using them makes us happier, gives us more energy and makes us more effective. What if we focused on leveraging our strengths more consistently and widely? What if we were helping others do the same?
Knowing your strengths is helpful in two ways. First, using our strengths gives us joy. You may want more of this! Second, our strengths are incredible assets. You will need them on your journey, whatever it is!

Activity #3 - Ask around you

Activity #4 - Choose

For each strength: write down a) how important it is to your coaching objective(s) and b) how much you currently use this strength.
